We want you to be 100% happy with your hair. If you are not 100% happy, let us know within 3 business days if an issue occurs, this is specific to an issue with the quality of the hair. Refunds are determined at the owners discretion. All items are final sale. Custom wigs , bundles, and any preordered items are final sale, no exceptions.
